Patsy McElmeel, A.N.P., is a highly skilled and experienced nurse practitioner providing care for Phoenix Heart Center.

Patsy comes to Phoenix Heart Center from St. Joseph’s Hospital where she worked for 23 years in various cardiology positions. She received her bachelor’s degree from Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa and master’s degree as an adult nurse practitioner from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz.

Patsy has been involved with Phoenix College Cardiac Fitness & Senior Wellness for the past 16 years. She has co-authored & been published in Critical Care Nurse magazine.
